By using EchoX, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the content uploaded to your knowledge base and for how your deployed assistant is used within your organisation.

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may cancel from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Add-ons are billed separately when enabled.

EchoX is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to maintain uptime and security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except where prohibited by law.
